Nou Baleares is an urban hotel housed in an historic listed building; its lovingly-created interior design, inspired by the colonial era, will transport you back in time. Housed in a building listed as “rationalist”, but bearing some hallmarks of modernism, it currently comprises 45 unique bedrooms, each with a characteristic style inspired by its origins, which date back to 1927.

Devotees of the flexitarian diet will be pleased to know that our culinary approach focuses on plant-based ingredients combined with products of animal origin. This is how we guarantee that all the tasty dishes from our Boira restaurant result in healthy and optimal nutrition, striking a balance between sustainability and wellbeing.
